"The only agents I’d work with! They pick up the phone immediately when I call fix any concerns or issues that I have immediately they send me birthday and Christmas cards I literally have never had such a personal insurance agent. I don’t think I’d ever switch because of the care that they offer."

"My fiancé and I received a letter from corporate saying we had a check from a home closing. We had filled out the necessary paperwork and waited for the check. After a few weeks past when it was due, we called and a new check was issued. This happened another 3 times, and finally we had the check sent to Roberto from this State Farm branch store. He too went through many phonecalls with corporate trying to get us the check, and successfully did so after over 6 months of waiting.
